Customer Service Supervisor – Large Format – Laval Plant

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of five professionals in our Large Format division. This team is responsible for cost estimation, job initiation, and project coordination.

You will work closely with supervisors in prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping, and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure team alignment, engagement, and performance within the customer service department.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with production teams to ensure customer priorities are met and viable solutions are identified.
  • Oversee the end-to-end cost estimation process—from preparation and client approval to final invoicing.
  • Collect, validate, and share technical specifications for each job and coordinate all phases of production.
  • Confirm production timelines and provide all necessary information to internal and external stakeholders for efficient workflow.
  • Ensure the team can support every step of the production process up to final printing.
  • Maintain relationships and communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to team synergy and a positive working environment.
  • Manage client emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the proper archiving of project documents.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual (French & English)
  • Solid understanding of the print production and graphic arts workflow
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure
  • Energetic, adaptable personality with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
